Epitails is looking for a confident, presentable, and sales-oriented professional with strong relationship-building skills to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building trust with customers, and converting enquiries into business. The position involves handling pet parent relationships, walk-in conversions, follow-ups, service coordination, and overall customer experience management within a premium pet care environment.

We are looking for someone with proven sales ability, excellent spoken English, and the maturity to handle premium clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents

Guide customers regarding training, boarding, grooming, puppy sales, and other services

Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication

Coordinate with internal teams for boarding, training, and pickup/drop schedules

Maintain customer records and basic CRM/data updates





Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day customer experience operations

Support sales growth through strong communication and relationship management

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing sales roles

Fluent spoken English is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in handling premium customers and closing sales

Presentable personality with a professional attitude

Comfortable working around dogs

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment

6-day work week

Weekend availability required

Morning or Day shift ( 9.5hrs daily)
