Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership HR Manager who understands quick-paced hospitality operations and

can balance structure with people energy.

You should be equally comfortable interviewing chefs, coaching floor managers, fixing hiring bottlenecks,

conducting reviews, building SOPs, and improving culture on-ground.

This is an execution-heavy role. You’ll spend time in outlets, not just behind a laptop.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring for FOH, BOH, operations, and corporate roles
- Build hiring pipelines through referrals, portals, and networking
- Improve hiring quality and reduce bad hires
- Conduct interviews, trials, and onboarding

2. Training & Development
- Build structured onboarding systems
- Create training modules for service, grooming, communication, and leadership
- Track staff development and identify future leaders

3. Culture & Employee Experience
- Improve retention and employee satisfaction
- Conduct regular feedback conversations and pulse checks
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives

4.



Performance Management
- Run 30-60-90 day reviews
- Build KPI/KRA systems with department heads
- Support managers with structured feedback systems

5. HR Systems & Process Building
- Build scalable HR systems for expansion
- Standardize SOPs and people processes across outlets

What We’re Looking For
- 3-7 years experience in HR (hospitality/retail/startup preferred)
- Strong hiring and people management skills
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable working on-ground in restaurant operations
- Strong execution and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
