Role Overview

The Director - Placements & Industry Relations will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a robust placement ecosystem across all colleges under Harsha Institutions. This is a strategic leadership role involving corporate engagement, student employability, internship programs, and long-term industry partnerships.

The Director will work closely with Management, Principals, Heads of Departments, and external industry partners to ensure consistent, high-quality placement outcomes.





Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Design and implement a centralized placement strategy across all institutions.
- Develop annual and long-term placement roadmaps aligned with institutional goals.
- Establish measurable KPIs for placement performance, internships, and employer engagement.

Corporate & Industry Relations
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporates, MNCs, startups, hospitals, IT firms, manufacturing units, and service industries.
- Sign MoUs with companies for placements, internships, live projects, and skill development.
- Act as the primary institutional interface for recruiters and industry partners.

Placements & Internships
- Plan and execute campus placement drives (on-campus, pooled, and off-campus).
- Ensure maximum placement coverage across UG, PG, and professional programs.
- Develop structured internship pipelines for all relevant programs.
