Are you an experienced Freight Broker with a strong track record in Drayage and Over-the-Road (OTR) logistics operations? Join our dynamic team and drive success in the US freight market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Drayage and OTR freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective resource use.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers to facilitate smooth operations and secure favorable rates.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, maximizing revenue potential.
- Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
- Work independently with a performance-driven mindset.

Requirements:




- Proven experience as a Freight Broker in Drayage and OTR logistics.
- An existing book of business that can transition with you to our organization.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- In-depth understanding of US logistics regulations and freight industry standards.
- Proficiency with freight brokerage software and related tools.
