Position :Accounts Executive

Job Location : Vasna Chacharavadi Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Compliance:
- Manage and file statutory returns, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
- Ensure all tax payments (Income Tax, VAT/CST where applicable) are made before deadlines.
- Handle tax audits and coordinate with Chartered Accountants for statutory filings.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and perform periodic account reconciliations.
- Monitor production and consumption data to assist in cost accounting and inventory management.
- Manufacturing Operations:
- Verify supplier invoices specifically related to factory purchases.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance within the manufacturing unit.
