The Associate - Hygiene & Appearance will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene,



and overall visual appearance of buses operating on the Harbour Line. The role involves regular audits, vendor coordination, and strict adherence to SOPs to enhance customer experience and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bus Audit & Quality Inspection
- Conduct regular audits of buses to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met
- Perform interior and exterior inspections as per defined checklists
- Identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions

2. Cleaning Standards & SOP Compliance
- Ensure adherence to bus cleaning SOPs and hygiene protocols
- Monitor deep cleaning and sanitization processes
- Maintain consistency in quality across all buses

3. Inventory Management
- Track and manage cleaning materials
- Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Maintain inventory records and usage reports

4. Vendor Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with cleaning vendors for daily operations
- Ensure adherenc
