Roles & Responsibility
Production Planning & Execution:
- a. Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery of targets. b. Organize and oversee daily production activities for ice creams, gelato, bars, mini bites, macrons, popsicles, choco tacos and other frozen treats, ensuring adherence to production schedules, compliance and quality standards. c. Lead production teams to meet short
- and long-term goals. d. Monitor ingredient inventory levels and collaborate with the purchase team to order supplies as needed, minimizing waste and controlling costs. e. Good understanding of the product recipe and process of manufacturing f. Good understanding of RM and PM g. Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvements, problem solving techniques and procedures. h. Oversee day and night shift operations during busy periods to ensure seamless production. i.



Analyze production metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. Facility and Equipment Oversight a. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of production equipment and infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations. b. Ensure compliance with environmental standards, including waste management and energy efficiency practices. c. Conduct regular facility inspections to uphold hygiene, safety, and operational excellence. d. Cross-Functional Collaboration e. Coordinate with the supply chain team to align production capacity with demand planning and inventory requirements. f. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods. g. Partner with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and internal quality benchmarks. h. Troubleshoot production issues and provide hands-on assistance to resolve quality or efficiency concerns, leading by example. i
