Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Identify and target the right audience for skincare & haircare products
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ad creatives)
- Develop monthly content and campaign calendars
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions (sales/leads):
- Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions) and improve results
- Handle daily engagement: comments, messages, customer queries
- Stay updated with beauty trends, influencer trends, and viral content formats
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for creatives

Required Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads):
- knowledge of Google Ads:
- Understanding of target audience segmentation (age group, interests, behavior)
- Robust content writing & caption writing skills (especially for beauty products)
- Creativity in reels, hooks,



and viral content ideas
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Dashboard
- Basic understanding of analytics (CTR, CPC, engagement rate, ROAS)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in skincare / beauty / D2C brand (bonus)
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations & UGC content
- Understanding of customer psychology in beauty industry
- Ability to create or guide short video content
