Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive who will be responsible for searching, preparing, and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids for government and private projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and track recent tenders from portals (GeM, E-procurement, CPPP, State portals, etc.)
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
- Prepare tender documents, bids, and technical-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design, finance, and management for required documents
- Handle online tender submission on government / private portals
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, and required certificates
- Maintain tender records, status reports, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients, departments, and authorities regarding tenders
- Ensure timely submission of bids before deadline
- Handle post-tender queries, clarifications, and negotiations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
