Role Overview

A Field Executive is responsible for ground-level marketing, student outreach, and admissions support. They act as the face of the academy in the local area, building relationships with students, parents, and schools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Outreach & Lead Generation
- Visit schools, coaching hubs, and local areas to connect with students
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Generate daily leads of potential students (Class 11, 12, JEE/NEET aspirants)

2. Admissions Support
- Explain courses, batches (Velocity, Momentum, Power), and fee structure
- Guide students/parents about career paths (JEE/NEET)
- Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups

3. School & Local Tie-Ups
- Build relationships with school authorities and tuition teachers
- Arrange seminars, workshops, and demo sessions
- Represent academy in education events

4. Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily report of:
- Visits made
- Leads generated
- Conversions done
- Update data in Google Sheets/CRM system

5. Brand Promotion
- Ensure visibility of academy in assigned area




- Put banners/posters (with permission)
- Support offline marketing campaigns

6. Feedback Collection
- Collect feedback from students and parents
- Share market insights (competitors, pricing, demand)

Skills Required:
- Positive communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of JEE/NEET ecosystem
- Confidence in speaking with students & parents
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel locally

- Daily leads generated

Working Structure
- Field-based job (80% outdoor, 20% office)
- Daily reporting to Marketing Manager / COO
- Fixed area/territory assigned
- 12th pass / Graduate
