Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to connect with prospective students and promote our overseas education services. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about study abroad programs
- Generate and qualify leads for the counseling team
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested students
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Build rapport with students and maintain a positive company image
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
