We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who has strong connections with employers and industry professionals, and can leverage these relationships to drive placement opportunities and support students in achieving successful career outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and corporate clients to generate placement opportunities for students.
- Acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to understand student profiles and align placements with their career goals.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and company presentations.
- Provide career counseling and placement guidance to students to enhance their employability.
- Track job market trends and employer needs,



ensuring that students are prepared for relevant industries.
- Maintain records of student placements, employer feedback, and placement drive outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the placement rate of students.
- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and developing soft skills.
- Manage relationships with alumni and leverage their networks for placement opportunities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
