The Community Outreach Officer will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to enhance the hospital’s visibility, strengthen community relationships, and drive patient footfall through awareness programs, camps, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on engaging communities, corporates, and referral networks to promote healthcare services.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement & Outreach
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and screening drives in RWAs, schools, corporates, and communities
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, NGOs, and institutions:
- Identify recent opportunities for outreach activities to increase visibility

Corporate Outreach (COP Activities)
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate organizations and HR teams:
- Organize corporate health talks, wellness sessions, and screening camps:
- Explore tie-ups for annual health check-ups and employee wellness programs

3. Referral Network Development
- Coordinate with local clinics, nursing homes, and general practitioners:
- Strengthen referral channels by regular engagement and follow-ups
- Support doctors in building professional networks

4. Campaign Execution
- Execute department-specific promotional campaigns (e.g., Oculoplasty, Oncology, Cardiology)
- Coordinate with the digital/marketing team for integrated campaigns (online + offline):
- Ensure branding and communication consistency across all outreach activities

5. Event Coordination
- Plan and manage on-ground events, patient engagement activities, and hospital initiatives:
