Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Executive responsible for handling patient enquiries, managing leads, and converting them into clinic visits. The role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience while supporting overall clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls in a skilled manner
- Handle enquiries from Google, social media, and website leads
- Provide accurate information about treatments, services, and pricing
- Convert leads into booked appointments and consultations
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system




- Ensure a positive and satisfactory patient experience at all touchpoints

Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
