Location: Gurugram, Sector 48 (Work from Office)

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform AR calling with US insurance payers (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, etc.)
- Handle claim follow-ups, insurance follow-ups, and payment tracking
- Work on unpaid and underpaid claims to reduce AR aging
- Manage claim denials, rejections, and appeals
- Analyze EOBs/ERAs and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with coding and billing teams to fix claim errors
- Maintain accurate claim notes and AR work queues
- Ensure productivity, quality, and TAT targets are met
- Handle authorization and insurance verification processes

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing




- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience in denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance calling
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOB, ERA, and claim lifecycle
- Positive spoken English (US payer communication)
- Comfortable working in night shift
- Experience with billing software / EMR systems

Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools or automation in medical billing
