Job Description - Skating Coach

Position: Skating Coach

Department: Sports

Reporting To: Principal / HR Department

Location: Saraswati Vidya Vihar Asalwas Dubia, Bhiwani Haryana.

Job Summary:
The Skating Coach will be responsible for training students in skating techniques, ensuring safety, and promoting physical fitness through structured coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct skating training sessions for students (beginners to advanced level).

Teach basic to advanced skating skills, balance, coordination, and speed techniques.

Ensure student safety by enforcing safety rules and proper use of equipment.

Maintain and check skating equipment and rink/area condition.

Prepare students for inter-school competitions and events.

Monitor and track student progress and performance.

Organize practice schedules, drills, and fitness routines.

Coordinate with school management for sports activities and events.





Maintain discipline and encourage team spirit and sportsmanship.

Qualifications & Skills:
Certification or training in Skating Coaching (preferred).

Prior experience as a Skating Coach or Sports Trainer.

Strong knowledge of skating techniques and safety measures.

Valuable communication and student-handling skills.

Ability to motivate and guide students of different age groups.

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Working Conditions:
School working hours with additional time for practice sessions/events.

Outdoor/indoor sports environment.
