- We are looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team who will manage & drive the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform and provide a high-quality customer experience in the process.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance in connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.
- Showcase the functionality and features of our platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.
- Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.
- Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements,



and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in effectively utilizing our platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred.
- Experience working in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.
