Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for IPA. Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Maintain documentation of quality checks, reports, and compliance records. Work closely with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions. Continuously improve QA processes and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferred in chemical or manufacturing industry). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing procedures, and documentation. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
