Job Title:Production Auto Cartonator Operator

Job Summary: An Auto Cartonator Machine Operator in pharmaceuticals sets up, operates, and maintains automated machines to package products (blisters, vials) into cartons, ensuring correct leaflets and batch coding. Key responsibilities include operating in adherence to SOPs, cleaning the machine, troubleshooting, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate production records, typically in a high-speed production line.

Description
- Operate production machinery for tablet compression, granulation, coating, capsule filling, liquid filling, ointment mixing, or sterile manufacturing.
- Perform batch manufacturing as per the Master Batch Record (MBR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Ensure proper raw material and component usage as per batch requirements.
- Conduct in-process checks (IPQC) like weight variation, hardness, thickness, and disintegration time.
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and equipment operation records as per GMP requirements.
- Assist in line clearance and batch changeovers while maintaining cleanliness.
- Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
