As operations Coordinator, the key objective of the role will be to support and help achieve the objectives of the Priceline Accommodation Team.

In this role you will get to:
- Manage, support, and optimize Accommodations team tools, including our property rate and distribution systems, extranet and API, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and others;- Communicate with hotel partners directly to provide support, resolve issues while providing optimal customer service- Troubleshoot process inefficiencies and identify opportunities for optimization and automation- Collaborate on projects to improve efficiencies between departments and markets;- Resolve operational support tickets through an internal system to enable the success of the account management team;- Identify and resolve operational issues of day-to-day projects;- Work closely together with Product, Finance and customer service teams to resolve or improve rate and distribution areas and internal processes;- Support the Finance and Tax teams in audits, in
