Position: Collection & Recovery Executive (DRA Agent)

Job Summary

The Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to collect pending or overdue payments, maintaining accurate records, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring timely recovery. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Recovery
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely recovery.
- Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and account status to customers.

2. Customer Interaction
- Handle customer queries and resolve disputes.
- Provide clear, professional communication to maintain positive customer relations.
- Counsel customers on payment options and settlement plans.

3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of calls, commitments, and payments collected.
- Update collection reports daily.
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to the senior team as required.

4. Compliance




- Follow company policies and RBI/regulatory guidelines for recovery.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical collection practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recovery, collections, field recovery, or telesales.
- Basic understanding of finance, loans, and EMI structures, tracing tools
- DRA Certified
