_ Key Responsibilities_
- Conduct detailed site surveys for machine planning and feasibility.
- Prepare sale/rental technical drawings (hoists, MCWP, platforms, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and technical sign-offs.
- Carry out foundation center line marking and verify actual site readiness.
- Generate and update control copy drawings for final use.
- Ensure machine placement considers facade, technical constraints, and progression plans.
- Handle special requirements (long components, BOQs, custom tie locations).
- Maintain technical documentation (OEM manuals, AutoCAD files) and follow-ups.
- Submit drawings and revisions as per deadlines and quality expectations.
- Support the installation team by validating machine-to-site matching.
