Receive customer orders, and systematically place orders inside the factory, coordinate with the production and warehouse department to confirm the delivery time.
- Follow up the material status of the order, track the production progress of the order, coordinate the handling of abnormal orders and give feedback to the salesman in time;
- Make delivery plan and arrange the delivery of products;
- With the salesman to provide customers to sign invoices,
- Assist the salesman in handling customer complaints.
