Key Responsibilities

Design Development
- Develop functional, aesthetic, and innovative design concepts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, and office furniture layouts.

Client Interaction
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Translate client needs into professional design proposals and presentations.

Space Planning
- Create optimized layouts considering ergonomics, material usage, utility, and aesthetic appeal.

3D Visualization & Technical Drawings
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentation boards using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.

Material & Product Selection
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fittings, and accessories for residential and office projects.

Project Coordination
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of design plans.

Quality & Cost Control
- Monitor quality standards, site progress, and adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Custom Furniture Design




- Develop custom furniture designs aligned with client needs and Urban Vistas product standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4-9 years’ proven experience in modular furniture design (kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, office furniture)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture manufacturing processes.
- Excellent visualization, space planning, and detailing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with modular furniture brands, studios, or factories.
- Knowledge of production techniques, site execution, and installation processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
