Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Lead the editing of high-quality ads, product demos, and corporate "IT-sector" explainers.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Graphic Design: Create visually stunning assets for web, social media ads, and technical presentations.
- Performance Marketing: Track ad performance, optimize conversion rates, and manage brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to translate complex IT concepts into easy-to-consume media.

Required Skills:
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Motion Design: Ability to create 2D/3D animations for tech explainers and transitions.
- Audio Post-Production: Sound leveling, BGM syncing, and voiceover integration.

Digital Marketing & Strategy:
- Performance Ads: Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC).
- Content Writing:



Crafting catchy hooks for ads and technical blogs for the IT industry.
- SEO/Analytics: Knowledge of keyword research and tracking tools like Google Analytics.

Creative Direction & Design:
- UI/UX Awareness: Designing social media assets that align with modern app/web aesthetics.
- Brand Identity: Ensuring all multimedia output follows a consistent professional theme.

Eligibility:
- Any Degree: Open to all graduates, provided there is a strong portfolio/relevant experience.
- Preferred: Degrees in Visual Communication, Electronic Media, Marketing, or Fine Arts are a plus.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must provide links to previous video editing work (Behance, YouTube, or Drive).
