About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop storyboards, animations, AV content, and interactive eLearning modules.
- Visualize learning scenarios, characters, and learner journeys to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with media and production teams to develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work across multiple content areas — including technical, process-oriented, and soft skills training.
- Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.
- Conduct content research, write instructional text, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Review peer content and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client specifications, instructional design best practices, and learning objectives.
- Willingness to travel within India and abroad (valid passport required).

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing, reviewing,



and editing digital learning content.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Content Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-powered tools for learning design.
- Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, and mobile-first learning strategies.
- Ability to create wireframes and mockups, or collaborate closely with UI/UX teams.
- Experience working with global clients and multicultural training projects.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate (BA/MA) in English Language, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field from a reputed university.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per
