Role Overview
:
- Key Responsibilities

Operate professional video cameras and related equipment for shoots (indoor & outdoor)

Plan and execute video shoots including framing, lighting, and sound coordination

Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to understand shoot requirements

Set up lighting, camera angles, and equipment to ensure high production quality

Capture footage for:
Interviews

Promotional videos

Social media content

Events and site visits

Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of camera equipment

Assist in basic video editing (preferred but not mandatory)

Stay updated with latest filming techniques, equipment, and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a cameraman / videographer / visual media executive

Robust understanding of camera operations (DSLR,



mirrorless, cinema cameras)

Knowledge of lighting setups and audio recording basics

Good sense of framing, composition, and storytelling

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines

Willingness to travel for shoots when required

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Experience with gimbals, drones, or stabilizers

Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
