Role Overview

This role is ideal for professionals with around 1 year of experience in eLearning or instructional design who want to build hands-on experience in developing digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding client requirements and learner needs.
- Support senior instructional designers in creating learning structures and course outlines.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning content for eLearning modules.
- Convert raw SME content into learner-friendly training material.
- Create quizzes, interactions, and basic learning activities.
- Work with eLearning authoring tools to build interactive learning modules.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia teams to integrate visuals, audio, and animations.
- Participate in internal reviews and feedback cycles to improve course quality.
- Gain exposure to eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital learning.





Qualifications - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communication, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content development.
- Basic understanding of instructional design concepts such as ADDIE.
- Solid writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Basic knowledge of multimedia or visual learning design.
- Interest in interactive learning, simulations, or gamified learning.
