Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress
- Review project specifications and materials
- Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (if applicable)
- Experience in residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
