With a robust presence across online and offline channels, we are now expanding into exclusive retail stores to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
- Educate customers about Orasure’s products (benefits, sourcing, usage)
- Drive in-store sales and upselling through effective communication
- Ensure a premium and welcoming store experience

2. Billing & Store Operations
- Handle billing efficiently using POS systems
- Manage cash handling, daily sales tracking, and reporting
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards

3. Inventory Management




- Maintain accurate stock levels and product availability
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Coordinate with backend team for stock replenishment
- Conduct periodic stock audits

4. On-Ground Marketing & Promotions
- Execute local marketing initiatives (sampling, promotions, customer engagement activities)
- Assist in running in-store campaigns and offers
- Build relationships with walk-in customers and drive repeat purchases

5. Store Performance & Reporting
- Track daily sales, footfall, and conversion rates
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Suggest improvements to increase store performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
