We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations, order management, and coordination with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day coordination and support to the sales team
- Manage order processing from purchase order to dispatch
- Follow up with distributors and dealers on a regular basis
- Maintain and update sales data using Excel or CRM tools
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Coordinate with logistics, billing, and dispatch teams
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Track sales targets and provide timely updates to the team

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)




- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or backend roles
- FMCG or distribution experience preferred
- Experience in FMCG / Food industry
- Distributor handling experience
- Knowledge of ERP or SAP is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
