Job Title: Digital Growth Executive

Experience: 1+ year (Agency experience preferred)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive lead generation and performance-focused strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of conversion funnels and ad creatives
