Responsibilities:
- Assist & support the sales team in generating quotes based on contract/order form documents, leveraging CRM tools for accurate and efficient processing.




- Ensure the quotes created adhere to business process & polices.
- Handle & manage more complex and complicated order processing captured by sales.
- Act as a bridge between the sales & finance teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the sales order processing team to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively gathering feedback from sales representatives and key stakeholders, transforming insights into strategic optimization opportunities.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to higher management

Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as robust interpersonal abilities.
