We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support and drive the expansion of our Japanese anime licensing business in India and South Asia. This role will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, supporting licensing negotiations with streaming platforms and media partners, and strengthening our market presence across the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnime Licensing & Business Negotiations
- Support and coordinate licensing negotiations with media companies, streaming platforms, and anime distributors across India and the South Asian subcontinent.
- Assist in exploring recent collaboration opportunities with broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content aggregators.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions, proposals, and deal progress.

Market Development & Research
- Conduct market research and data analysis on South Asian media, animation, and streaming markets.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, platform strategies, and consumer behavior related to anime content.
- Prepare market insights and reports to support business strategy and decision-making.





Business Opportunity Development & Client Relationship Management
- Proactively identify potential new business leads and partnerships within the media and entertainment ecosystem.
- Support relationship management with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate follow-ups, presentations, and commercial documentation for prospective deals.

Business Document & Contract Management
- Prepare, organize, and manage business documents, licensing proposals, and contracts related to media and animation projects.
- Ensure smooth internal coordination for approvals, documentation accuracy, and version control.
- Support compliance with contractual and operational requirements.

Marketing Events, Coordination & Promotion
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, PR, content, legal) to plan and execute anime‑related marketing initiatives.
