Job Title: Website Designer (SEO & Content)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Website Designer who can own the end-to-end website experience by collaborating closely with the SEO & Content team and developers. This role requires a blend of website design understanding, SEO expertise, and content strategy, with the ability to translate business and marketing goals into high-performing web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership & Execution
- Own the overall website experience, ensuring design, content, and performance align with business goals.
- Translate SEO and content requirements into transparent briefs for developers.
- Work closely with developers to implement pages, templates, and features.

SEO Collaboration
- Partner with the SEO team to implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations.
- Ensure proper site structure, internal linking, schema, and indexing best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics like rankings, traffic, and Core Web Vitals.

Content Strategy & Optimization
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and optimize website pages,



landing pages, and blogs.
- Provide input on content structure, readability, and conversion-focused layouts.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content.

UX & Conversion Optimization
- Improve user journeys, engagement, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions.
- Suggest layout, CTA placement, and page structure improvements.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages and funnels.

Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as the single point of contact between SEO, content, and development teams.
- Manage website-related projects, timelines, and priorities.
- Ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web development, website management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page + technical).
- Experience working with content teams and content optimization.
