Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns including print, outdoor, and branding activities
- Act as a link between clients, internal teams (design, operations, accounts), and vendors
- Understand client requirements and brief the design and execution team accordingly
- Plan project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Follow up with teams on daily basis to track progress and avoid delays
- Coordinate for newspaper ads, hoardings, flex, and other publicity materials
- Ensure proper release of advertisements as per schedule and client requirements
- Handle vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, and installation work
- Monitor campaign execution on ground and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage client communication,



provide regular updates, and handle queries
- Maintain project reports, MIS data, and documentation of all campaigns
- Ensure billing coordination with accounts team and track payments if required
- Identify issues or delays and escalate to management with solutions
- Maintain strong coordination across departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and company policies

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
