Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to promote our products and services through outbound calls. The role involves generating leads, explaining offerings clearly, and building strong customer relationships while achieving call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested prospects to close or support conversions
- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
