About Analogue IT Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can actively contribute to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities for mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and conduct detailed requirement gathering for technology and digital marketing projects.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and client presentations to showcase company capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate project scope and smooth project initiation.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in IT Sales / Business Development, preferably in:
Mobile App Development Sales

Website Development Sales

Digital Marketing Services Sales
- Strong understanding of software development services and digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to handle client discussions, requirement analysis, and solution pitching.
- Experience in proposal drafting, quotation preparation, and deal closing.
- Strong lead follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, confidence, and strong sales talent.
