Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the advertising sector
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Pitch OOH advertising solutions (hoardings, billboards, transit media, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and create customized advertising proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in advertising/media sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Good knowledge of outdoor advertising industry is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
