About Kind Preschool:
Kind Preschool is a child-centric early learning space dedicated to nurturing young minds through play-based, activity-oriented, and developmentally appropriate learning. We believe in creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment for children aged 2-6 years.

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring B.Ed / B.A freshers who are passionate about working with young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom workplace for preschool children
- Plan and conduct daily activities including storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, games, and basic academics
- Support children’s overall development—language, motor skills, social skills, and emotional growth
- Observe and document children’s progress and behavior




- Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and needs
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the classroom
- Assist in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings
- Follow preschool curriculum and teaching guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Ed / B.A (Freshers should apply)
- Passion for teaching and working with young children
- Good communication skills (English / local language)
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to preschool teaching methods

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of early childhood education
- Creativity in storytelling, art, music, or activities
- Positive and energetic personality
- Team-oriented mindset
