Customer Service Representative - Cookie Cartel (Mumbai)

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, products, and general brand engagement. You will be responsible for responding to messages and DMs on platforms like Instagram, ensuring timely and skilled communication while maintaining the brand’s tone and personality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer queries
- Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp DMs promptly
- Manage order-related concerns and coordinate with operations
- Maintain response logs and track customer feedback

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
