- Key Responsibilities- Oversee ECR (Engineering Change Request), ECO (Engineering Change Order), and MR (Manufacturing Release) processes to implement engineering changes effectively.
- Ensure all change management activities comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline NPI-related processes.
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.




- Leverage advanced knowledge of mechanical or electrical-electronics design and drawings to aid integration and problem-solving tasks.
- Utilize tools like CREO and Windchill to support design and documentation needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, including FDA and NMPA regulations.
- Address legacy system constraints to improve integration and compliance.
- Deliver projects and tasks on schedule, resolving technical and operational challenges independently.
