Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients over calls to confirm and manage sales order details.
- Accurately verify and process customer sales orders.
- Check product availability in inventory and update records.
- Review customer ledger and payment status before order processing.
- Coordinate with the Production/Planning team when stock is unavailable.
- Follow up with the Purchase department regarding raw material requirements.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain organised order records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Able to run the process dispatched the order processing execution in a given timeline.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
