Responsibilities:_

Curriculum Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative lesson plans aligned with the school's bengali curriculum.

Classroom Management:
- Establish a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning setting.

Instructional Delivery:
- Deliver high-quality instruction, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Utilize technology and interactive tools to enhance the learning experience.

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and administer assessments to measure student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and communicate progress to parents or guardians.

Individualized Support:
- Offer additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance, ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to succeed.





Professional Development:
- Stay abreast of current trends and innovations in Bengali education.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

Parent and Community Engagement:
- Establish effective communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed about student achievements and progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to build a strong school community.
