Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential and commercial interior projects
- Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and design briefs to create accurate 3D visualizations
- Create multiple design options and views for client presentations
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently within timelines
- Maintain consistency in design standards, detailing, and quality output:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and rendering techniques:
- Assist in preparing presentation boards and visual mood concepts when required

Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- SketchUp / 3ds Max:
- V-Ray / Lumion / Corona Renderer:
- AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred):
- Photoshop for post-render enhancements
- Solid understanding of:
- Lighting and rendering techniques
- Materials, finishes,



and textures
- Space visualization and proportions

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
- Interior Design
- Architecture
- or any related design field

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in interior 3D visualization
- Proven portfolio showcasing realistic renders and completed projects:
- Experience in handling residential and/or commercial interior projects
