Education: A degree or diploma in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.

Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Planning: Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for civil works.
- Tender & Contract Management: Preparing tender packages, analyzing submissions, and negotiating contracts.
- Site Valuation: Conducting site visits to monitor progress, valuing completed work, and verifying contractor payments.
- Cost Control: Monitoring expenditures, managing variations/change orders, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Submitting monthly cost reports and preparing final accounts for project completion.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in quantity take-off software, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
- Skills: Solid analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
