Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking International Voice Process Executive to manage communication with overseas clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation and follow-ups, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients and prospective customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner




- Follow up with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities
- Maintain accurate call records and regularly update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in interacting with international clients
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in international voice process, BPO, or customer support
- Prior experience handling overseas clients will be an added advantage
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
