TMS Enterprises is hiring dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff for various roles. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, maintain hygiene, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Open Positions
- Head Chef
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Kitchen Helper
- Steward / Dishwasher

Key Responsibilities

For Chefs:
- Prepare and cook food as per menu standards
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

For Kitchen Helpers:
- Assist chefs in food preparation
- Clean vegetables, utensils, and kitchen area
- Support daily kitchen operations

For Stewards:




- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Proper waste disposal

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to work in shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene is a plus
