Curriculum Delivery:
Implement Montessori-based teaching methodologies that promote experiential and child-centered learning.

Lesson Planning & Assessment:
Design engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with early childhood education standards.

Student Development:
Foster cognitive, emotional, and social development through interactive and play-based learning approaches.

Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Parental Communication:
Provide regular updates on student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

Co-Curricular Engagement:
Support school events and early learning activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Certification:



Montessori Training Certification is mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Kindergarten/Montessori teaching

Skills:
- Strong understanding of Montessori methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Classroom management ability
- Patience and creativity with children
