Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator cum Press Shop Manager to handle press machine operations while efficiently managing day-to-day press shop activities. This role is vital to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain press machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise daily press shop operations and manage shop floor staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in press machine operations and shop floor management.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
